Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3, la situaci\u00f3n no afecta solamente a las personas con discapacidad, sino tambi\u00e9n a sus familias y a los profesionales que brindan tratamientos y apoyos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Uno de los puntos centrales es el <strong>nomenclador de prestaciones por discapacidad<\/strong>, que establece los valores de referencia para distintos servicios. La Ley 27.793, sancionada en 2025, dispuso medidas para actualizar esos aranceles y estableci\u00f3 la emergencia nacional en discapacidad hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">En este contexto, Manissero advirti\u00f3 que una eventual modificaci\u00f3n del sistema podr\u00eda trasladar parte de los costos a las familias. A su entender, esto podr\u00eda generar diferencias en el acceso seg\u00fan la capacidad econ\u00f3mica de cada persona. Actualmente, el nomenclador contin\u00faa actualiz\u00e1ndose mensualmente: en septiembre de 2026 se estableci\u00f3 un incremento del 1,7%.<\/p>\n<p>La abogada tambi\u00e9n plante\u00f3 que la discusi\u00f3n excede lo econ\u00f3mico y est\u00e1 vinculada con el modelo social de la discapacidad. Para Manissero, el desaf\u00edo es sostener las prestaciones y garantizar derechos, adem\u00e1s de fortalecer el sistema de profesionales que trabaja en el \u00e1rea.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<pre data-start=\"2165\" data-end=\"2236\"><strong>Conducci\u00f3n: Mat\u00edas E.
